Family Service and Community Mental Health Center for McHenry County, founded in 1959, provides a full continuum of behavioral health services, providing hope and help to children, adolescents, adults, older adults, couples and families experiencing a wide variety of mental health and substance abuse concerns. The following services are provided by their multi-disciplinary staff: - Outpatient Therapy and Counseling;
- Intensive Outpatient Treatment for Chemical Dependency(Adults) and Outpatient Treatment for Substance Abuse (Adults and Adolescents);
- Adult Mental Health Intensive Outpatient and PsychoSocial Rehabilitation Services;
- In-Home Intensive Services for Youth and Families (SASS) and Integrated Co-Occurring Treatment- In-Home for Youth and Families;
- Psychiatric Services for all ages including Spanish-Speaking Psychiatrist;
- Community Support and Case Management Services for all ages;
- Counseling and Case Management Services for Traumatic Brain Injury;
- Employee Assistance Services for Business and Industry.
