About Family Service The Center is a not-for-profit corporation. It employs a wide variety of professional staff including psychiatrists, clinical social workers, clinical psychologists, psychiatric nurses, chemical dependency counselors, clinical professional counselors, and case managers.The services of the Center are available to any resident of McHenry County.
Client Satisfaction If at any time a client and/or member of their family has a concern about services and/or safety at Family Service, they may make their concerns known to their clinician. If the concerns are not resolved to their satisfaction, they may contact their clinician’s immediate supervisor and/or administrative staff up to the Chief Executive Officer. Conflict of Interest Policy To assure that members of the Board of Directors of Family Service & Community Mental Health Center for McHenry County are free from any negative influences which can result from a conflict of interest situation and that the appearance of a conflict of interest does not jeopardize the integrity of the agency or services to consumers.
